homebase since our start, alongside our extended family of over 400 employees. Each new pair of Kamik footwear comes withover 120+ years of history and expertise. That’s not to say we’re old fashioned. Even after over a century of proven quality, we’re still looking for new, sustainable ways
to improve— from our manufacturing process right down to the finished product. It’s a longstanding commitment to keeping feet warm, dry, comfortable, and happy.

William sees a demand for new products and is one of the first North Americans to travel to Japan to source rubber footwear, which remains one of the company's strengths

William Cook passes the torch to his son Gordon thus a new generation carries on the Cook legacy

Kamik opens it's second manufacturing plant IMD in Saint Laurent, QC.

Acquisition of Hamburg Felt

Kamik expands its distribution and begins selling products in Europe

At Kamik, we have learned that developing a variety of operations around the world and shipping internationally allows us to get our products to market easier, be a leading eco-manufacturer by reducing fuel costs and water consumption and treat our employees better by paying a higher wage.
